Zense offers a full 90-day refund guarantee on all products except for creams. Creams have a 30 day guarantee due to expiration times. If there is something wrong with the item or if you simply do not like it, we will replace it at zero cost to you, or you may send it back for a full refund. If there is any issue after the 90 days are up, all of our products have a 1 year warranty (not including accessories). We will fix any items that are defective at no cost and send it back to you. Make sure to activate your warranty by registering the product at the time of purchase.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This will depend on where you are located. All orders are shipped from Naples Florida with USPS or UPS. We cannot be liable for natural disasters like hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding etc. There may also be delays due to Covid-19. The majority of our products will arrive within 7-10 business days.
Will Zense Products work to relieve my pain?
Zense products work for most people because it enhances musculoskeletal health and functionality plus boosts circulation. By strengthening stabilization muscles, helping to manage inflammation, and giving your body the therapy it needs to help maintain healthy tissue, pain can be managed successfully. Who should not use Zense Products?
We recommend that you always consult your physician before starting any treatment or exercise program.
For what types of conditions and areas of the body should TENS/EMS therapy not be used?
Do not use TENS therapy at these specific body locations if you have any of the following conditions:

An implantable device (cardioverter/defibrillator, neurostimulators, bone growth stimulator, indwelling blood pressure monitors). TENS could cause these devices to not function properly.

Pregnant- Do not use TENS therapy on the abdomen; pelvic area; lower back; or on acupuncture points at the knee, hand or ankle. (Note-TENS may be used for labor pain.)

Cancer. Do not apply electrodes to areas of the body where there is known or suspected cancer. Do not use TENS if you have a history of cancer in the last 5 years.

Epilepsy. Do not apply electrodes to your head, neck or shoulders. The impulses could cause seizures.

Deep Vein Thrombosis- Do not use TENS therapy as it could increase blood circulation, which could boost the risk of dislodging a blood clot.

A bleeding (hemorrhagic) disorder TENS therapy may increase the risk of bleeding in persons with bleeding disorders.

Heart disease. Do not apply TENS therapy to the chest if you have heart disease.
In addition, TENS should not be applied to or near:

Infected tissues or wounds (TENS therapy may result in spreading infections).

Areas of tissue that have been recently treated with radiation.

Damaged skin

Eyes or mouth, front or side of neck, or on the head.

Reproductive organs or genitals.

Areas of the body that have reduced sensation where nerves may have been damaged.

People who have mental challenges and cannot provide feedback to ensure the safe use of TENS.

What's included in the ZENSE Products?

How many times can I use the pads?
Zense pads are made out of hydrogel that sticks to your body. Our pads have a longer than usual usage life- approximately 20-30+ applications. However, if you want to maximize the life of your electrode pads, we recommend that you always clean your skin before placing them on your skin. This will ensure that any creams or lotions you have used are not transferred onto the pad itself. We also recommend that you clean the hydrogel area of the pads with a wet towel and let it air dry to help restore adhesiveness and maximise usage life. Other things that can affect pad life expectancy are your skin type, body oils, and pH levels. When the time comes we have very affordable extra pads that you can purchase from us at any time!
How can I use the TENS device to maximize its efficiency?
Our Zens tens/nmes products may be used on most areas of the body, except on your neck, head, or chest area.

In order to obtain the best degree of pain relief with Zense Tens/Nmes, we recommend the following pad placement guidelines:
1- Locate the area of your pain.
2- Place the pad vertically, horizontally or on an angle
3- Do not to place the pad directly over a joint or it will not work efficiently
4- Adjust the intensity that can be tolerated without pain. After you get used to the stimulation, you can gradually increase the intensity for best results.
Please Note: Every person is different- Intensity level tolerance varies from person to person. We recommend following our guidelines and do what feels best for you.
HOW LONG DO THE BATTERIES REMAIN CHARGED?
Battery life varies depending on the programs used and the intensities selected. Your devices button will turn red when it needs to be charged.
